We are seeking expressions of interest from eligible not-for-profit community groups to participate in six hours of free individualised support from a mentor.

Eligible groups can select one of the following opportunities:

  • business planning;
  • understanding fundraising and funding opportunities;
  • marketing with an online focus; or
  • attracting and managing volunteers.

To be eligible community groups must:

  • be not-for-profit;
  • be located and operate within the Gold Coast Local Government area;
  • have a maximum of one full time equivalent staff member located on the Gold Coast;
  • hold adequate Public Liability and Personal accident insurances; and
  • have 2 to 3 representatives of your group/organisation commit to participate in the program and attend the mentoring sessions (ideally management committee representatives) between December 2020 and April 2021.
