A message to all their members and guests in regards to the impact of the government's recently released recovery roadmaps.

From Currumbin RSL:

We are thinking of you all through this crisis, and we hope you are all keeping safe. We also want to thank all who have supported us during this time, we have such a strong community, that we cannot wait to see in person again soon.

Following the announcements on Friday by the Federal and State Governments, our plans on opening the club unfortunately won’t be happening in stage 1 (15th May). We wish we could open earlier and let all our valued club members and guests enjoy the club as they used to, but unfortunately it won’t be possible. We will be re-evaluating the situation when the commencement of stage 2, of the easing of restrictions gets closer.

We are still continuing to bring the club to you by our takeaway options, heat and eat meals, delivery service, deck acoustics at home, virtual raffles and virtual trivia.

We continue to work behind the scenes on preparing the club for re-opening, especially our newly renovated area that we cannot wait to have you check out and enjoy. We are also putting additional systems in place in order for you to feel safe when we are able to re-open our doors. Furthermore, all our staff are undertaking extra training in this down time to ensure your safety.

There also will be some exciting changes in place for you all when you return. Please keep an eye on our communication streams, and if we are able to amend our timeline to open sooner, we will keep you all updated.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
