‘Local As Qld’ tourism initiative: how you can benefit

A central campaign will flow into over 30 local chambers spread across the state, empowering each area to represent and speak on behalf of their local & small businesses, unveiling the hidden gems that seldom few ever find.

The SGC Chamber is inviting your business to take part in the ‘Local As Qld’ tourism initiative (driven by a collective of chambers), a website which is designed so that it can be populated with what’s on in each area for a traveller to plan their visit. Utilising the collective reach & knowledge of local Qld chambers, this initiative is driven to kick start and highlight the importance of tourism within Qld by Queenslanders and those local & small businesses who need our support in these testing times.
