Gold Coast Film Festival comes to Southern Gold Coast

The Gold Coast Film Festival will be holding free ‘Cooly Beachside Cinema’ over 2 nights in Queen Elizabeth Park (next to Cooly Surf Club).

The first night (Fri 29 Apr) will host SIPFEST, a national quality short film competition, judged and presented on the night.
The second night (Sat 30) is a screening of Blue Crush, 2002 – an iconic all-girl surf flick, celebrating 20 years for both the film and the Gold Coast Film Festival.

Cr Gail O’Neill has kindly sponsored this, and the event is completely free. There wont be any food vans onsite to encourage dining and buying from local businesses.
