Member Spotlight: 2020 Business Consulting

Peter Taylor, who grew up in the Tweed area, is returning home after growing his business (2020 Business Consulting) in Sydney. Focused on helping business owners get control of their business and life, 2020 Business Consulting is looking forward to the opportunity of working within the Southern Gold Coast business community to help business owners get control of their business during these difficult times. Peter says his first step to connect within the community has been hard with restrictions haulting fact to face meet ups, but says joining the Chamber of Commerce is key in earning the trust and respect of the local business community. 

Peter says that "Business owners are becoming much more comfortable with the valuable contribution an external consultant can make. The astute business owner recognises their own limitations and the issues these can cause to the continued growth and success of their business, engaging a business coach/consultant provides the owner with a confidant/advisor/mentor/sounding board/expert to fill the gaps and critically evaluate their thoughts and beliefs, which can help drive better decision making. ". 2020 Business Consulting says that communication is key in the current times and that each business should have a complete communication policy, "No matter how you are performing, and whether or not you are experiencing difficulties, keeping an open dialogue with your various stakeholders is critical to ensuring strong business performance".
