This small business, however, says thier biggest challenge isn't shifting to online for NSW customers. Instead, its the ability to consistently grow a client base. Lender Gabrielle says that:
"This business (as with most others) is built from client referral and this was difficult at the start with no clients. The ANZ Mobile Lending franchise network was not well known and so we did a considerable amount of local profile advertising and promotions".
The businesses impecible customer service was on full display, however, when the COVID crisis meant some customers were left reeling financially. Gabrielle explains that the business was on the front foot, contacting customers to offer support and guidance to those unsure of what their next step should be. While the world slowed around them, the team stayed extremely busy with new home loan business and a large amount of re-finance business, due to their competitive rates and personal service.
