Sink Your Fangs into Frightful Fun at FestEVIL at the Fangtuary this Halloween

Enter Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary’s lair after dark and enjoy three spook-tacular nights of Halloween family fun…if you dare!

From October 29 – 31, guests of all ages are invited to dress up in their Halloween scariest for a frightfully good time. Ride the Ghost Train, meet creepy wandering wildlife up close and sink your fangs into delicious treats.

Little monsters aged 3-13 will love our haunted house and trick or treating, as well as terror-ific inflatable fun. Even zombies will be doing the Monster Mash, with a disco and street performers to get the party started.

Purchase VIP tickets for a whole host of perks that are to die for, including express entry, free face painting, showbags and a jam-packed, delicious hamper. General admission holders can also purchase show bags and face painting on the night.

Parking in the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary car park will be free to ticket holders from 3pm on event days.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary General Manager Michael Kelly said, “Regular visitors to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary will be amazed by our Halloween transformation. This is a special event on our calendar, as it gives our guests an opportunity to enter our lair after dark…MUAHAHAHA!”

While some of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary’s animals will be asleep at the time of the event, you’ll be enchanted by night-dwellers in the Nocturnal Zone.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary Life Science Manager Anthony Molyneux said, “Some of the nocturnal animals who are asleep during our usual opening hours will be at their most active. While the dark might be a bit scary for people, many creatures feel most comfortable at night. They’ll be waiting for you…to say BOO!”

The popular Sanctuary Markets will be open on Friday, October 29. Stop by for a bite before you enter FestEVIL at the Fangtuary…for a fright.
