Up to $5,000 available to support volunteers

More good news for our local community organisations!

The Hon. Karen Andrews has announced that applications are now open for the very popular Volunteer Grants Program.

Volunteer Grants provide between $1,000 and $5,000 directly to community not-for-profit organisations. The grants can be used towards the cost of essential items that help make the work of our local volunteers easier, safer and more enjoyable - such as equipment, training and transport.

Volunteers are the backbone of every local community group - whether it's a sporting club, Surf Lifesaving, P&C, service club, charity, church, friendship or environment group.

Organisations are encouraged to submit an EOI to Karen Andrews office Friday 7 February 2020.

Please email her office for the EOI form or to discuss any aspect of the application process.
